Michael E. Sunderland is a native Oregonian and currently resides in West Linn, Oregon with his wife Michelle, and sons Colby and Conner and daughter Courtney. Michael graduated from the University of Oregon with a degree in Marketing Management.  He held several national marketing positions and in 1990 was hired to handle operations with Ski Time, Inc. in Eugene, OR.  In 1995 Mr. Sunderland joined the management team as Chief Operations Officer of the BI Group.

Michael enjoys running, skiing, golf, and is actively involved in coaching baseball in West Linn. A surprising quirk about himself seems to be that he is exceptionally detail oriented but thinks he is very unorganized.  Sounds like an oxymoron to us. Asked what his favorite OneCreditSource.com product he answered, of course, the consumer credit report for business.  The why was simply that “it gives Credit Managers a great tool with which to make credit decisions.”  OneCreditSource.com is important to him because “it represents a dream for a secure future that we have all worked very hard to attain.”

Glenn R. Farley Jr. known to many as (Rob) was born in Concord, Massachusetts and then transplanted to Oregon when he was 14.  Originally a music theory and composition major at Warner Pacific College, this provided the creativeness needed to become OneCreditSource.com’s CIO and developer extraordinaire.  He has been with OneCreditSource.com since its inception, and with the BI Group for over 17 years.

When we are not keeping Rob busy redesigning our website and adding new products, Rob tries to spend as much quality time as possible with his wife of 21 years, Deanna, son Ryan (17), daughters-Kelly (12) and Jill (9) by playing and coaching soccer teams, cooking, and making wood furniture.  Although borderline obsessive-compulsive when it comes to our technical infrastructure, Rob is soft spoken and easy to talk to…until Sting Fridays.  That’s right-Friday afternoons-the Sting cd’s come out and he is rockin’ the place!

"The best thing about OneCreditSource.com is its availability and customer service. We don't believe in automated telephone lines. We are here for our clients. I want OneCreditSource.com to be different and I believe we are. We care about our clients, our products, and we are a company that values integrity.”
